This was my first attempt at drawing a landscape, I feel that I did a decent job of conveying the distance through atmospheric perspective.

Grovyle (fanart)

Grovyle from Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. I decided to challenge myself to only look at the in game sprite as a reference, in fact I don't think I had even seen other official art of Grovyle prior to drawing this, I think it turned out well!

Treecko, the grass type starter from Pokemon ruby/sapphire. I think this was my first time drawing in Photoshop, looking at it now the variations in line thickness really bug me. Also I created this for a Youtube thumbnail on another channel, but that video ended up getting scraped.

Based on the official 2d artwork of Yoshi from the 90s, I'm pretty sure the reference I used was from Smash Bros. This was also my first drawing created using Clip Studio Paint.
